What you need:
Heads of garlic (as many as you please)
olive oil (or other oil of your choice)-1 teaspoon per head
What you need to do:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Cut the tops off of your garlic heads
Make little (or one big) aluminum foil boat(s) to wrap the garlic head in (I don't wrap tight, I leave some room for air flow).
Put your boat on a baking sheet
Put chopped garlic heads in boats and drizzle with the olive, close the boat over the garlic
Put in the oven for 40 minutes, or until garlic is tender
Spread on anything and everything, eat by itself, or use as a topping on pizza, the possibilities are endless!
