This Week's Menu (7/16/2020)

OKAY! As promised, here is this weeks dinner menu! I will be sharing my dinner menu every Thursday as that is grocery shopping day. Below you can find the links to the recipes I use!


THURSDAY: Rotisserie chicken, homemade french fries, and garden vegg (zucchini).


Well I buy a whole rotisserie chicken from the store on grocery shopping day so we don't have to cook since we get a later start to dinner. EASY PEASY! Chicken broth recipe from said rotisserie chicken coming soon!

French fries, cut up potatoes into long skinny pieces cover in oil, salt and pepper, bake in oven at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes each. Air fryer fries recipe coming soon!


Zucchini, slice, smother in salt and pepper, cook over medium heat until tender.


FRIDAY: Quinoa Lime Salad


I have never made this before but my husband is trying to eat super healthy so I bought a big bag of quinoa and this will be the first time using it!


SATURDAY: Pepperoni & Olive Pizza


Best pizza dough I have ever had!


Easy Pizza Sauce!


Add your favorite toppings and follow dough baking instructions!


SUNDAY: Skillet Chicken, brown rice, and garden veggies!

MONDAY! Slow Cooker Carnitas Tacos!


Serve with your favorite sides!


TUESDAY: Sausage Zucchini Boats.


I stuff the zucchinis with my Sausage Rice Veg Stir Fry Recipe and top with cheese!


WEDNESDAY: Leftovers


Eat any deliciousness that is left!
